Thank You

I hope this Roadmap to Managing the Not Good Enough Voice is helpful!

After years of clinical experience, I see how hard us girls and women can be on ourselves and the way shame and perfectionism can rob us of joyful experiences. I also see how this plays into the relationship we have with food and with our bodies. Non stop dieting. Dreaded exercise. Emotional eating. Skipping social events. Refusing to be in photos. Constant judgment of our mirror reflections. Ugh, it’s a lot to deal with. And I want to reassure you that you’re not alone.

Unfortunately in our culture, there’s so much pressure on women to look and behave a certain way! We are taught that our worth is in our bodies and appearance.

Well, after years of dieting and hating my own body, I decided to say screw the culture. Through self compassion, shame resiliency, intuitive eating and body image healing, I feel so much freer. Now, I want to help other women find the same freedom!

I would love to have you join the next Body and Food Freedom Project (16 week women’s group)!

Until next time, be kind to yourself <3

With love,
Vanessa xo
