Raymond Dalton (he/him)

Registered Psychologist

Qualifications: Grad. Dip Psychology, Bachelor of Science (psychology)

Working with: Adolescents, Parents, Adults, Couples

Specialties and Interests: Ray has worked in the not for profit community sector in both England and Australia. His experience includes offering therapeutic services to children and families impacted by sexual abuse, working with adults and adolescents in the prison system and providing drug and alcohol counselling. While Ray enjoys providing support around broader mental health issues including anxiety and PTSD, he has a strong passion for supporting couples to develop their bond, connection and overall relationship satisfaction. Ray works in a nonjudgmental and empathetic way and believes therapy is a journey that he travels alongside his clients to help them reach their full potential. When Ray is not in the office, he enjoys surfing, camping and spending time with family.

Vanessa Preston (she/her)

Mental Health Social Worker

Qualifications: Master of Clinical Social Work,  Bachelor Degree in Family Consumer Sciences, EMDR Practitioner

Working with: Adolescents & Adults

Specialties and Interests: Vanessa has over 14 years experience providing therapy and assessment services in both the United States and Australia and has worked in non-profit, residential, school and hospital settings.  Vanessa can provide support around a range of mental health issues with a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced PTSD and complex trauma. Vanessa also has a passion for supporting women experiencing eating disorders and body image distress. She offers online workshops and groups for intuitive eating and body image healing HERE. Vanessa is person centered, trauma informed and understands how environment drives behaviours. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all solution and works collabortively and compassionately with her clients to find an integrative and personalised approach that suits her clients best. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys camping, standup paddleboarding, hiking, listening to podcasts and enjoying time with her friends and family.

David Hayler (he/him)

Registered Psychologist

Qualifications: Master of Neuropsychology, Bachelor of Psychology-Organisational and Interpersonal (Hon)

Working with: Adolescents, Adults

Specialties and Interests: David has experience working with clients who present with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex trauma. He has extensive experience working in occupational rehabilitation, the employment sector, and private practice settings. David has a particular interest in supporting clients through their brain injury rehabilitation. David works in a nonjudgmental and warm manner. When not in the office, David enjoys pursuing his interests in aviation, technology and spending time with his family.
